Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, it is understood that sometimes schedules and adjustments are necessary; therefore, it is respectfully requested that a 24-hour notice for a cancellation is made.

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice,  I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  All appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance, via email and text, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

 

- You will receive (1) warning notification of our cancellation policy to remind you so that we can avoid this in the future. On the second time, the below will go into effect.

- Less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to be canceled, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to the amount of the reserved service amount.

- Any multiple services, combos and/or new client appointments must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

 

The cancellation policy allows the time to inform the standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Urbancut's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for the established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, a confirmation email for your service appointments will be sent one-two business day(s) prior to your appointment date.  However, if you are unable to be reached, and or do not have the correct updated information on your profile, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.  If you have any updates on contact information please let me know at your next service.
